The PMS series piezoelectric temperature spectrometer is designed and developed based on the quasi-static d33 of the Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, specifically for evaluating the high-temperature properties of piezoelectric ceramics, and can directly analyze the piezoelectric temperature spectra of the sample piezoelectric constant d33 with temperature. Compared with the traditional d33 measuring instrument, the PMS series piezoelectric temperature spectrometer is factory calibrated for force and charge to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement line, which is highly recognized by Tsinghua, SIIC, SAC and other industrial customers, and can be widely used for the evaluation and measurement of the performance of piezoelectric materials (piezoelectric ceramics, polymers), ferroelectric materials and related devices.
